This website and all services are operated by Aayushi Sachdeva & Co., trading under the brand name Hiraaya.

All photography and videography services are provided by Hiraaya and are subject to availability and confirmation.

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment. Remaining payments must be completed as per the agreed schedule. Failure to do so may affect service delivery.

All images and videos created remain the intellectual property of Hiraaya. We reserve the right to use selected work for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to the shoot.

Clients agree to cooperate during shoots to ensure desired outcomes. While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, Hiraaya is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control including venue restrictions, weather conditions, or interference by guests or vendors.

All deliverables are provided as per the agreed package and timeline communicated at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

All payments made towards photography and videography services are non-refundable.

Once a booking is confirmed and dates are blocked, we are unable to offer refunds in case of cancellations, postponements, or changes initiated by the client.

In the unlikely event that Hiraaya is unable to deliver the services due to unforeseen circumstances from our end, appropriate remedies will be discussed on a case-to-case basis.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only to the original mode of payment.
